The Health Sanitary Inspector (HSI) course in an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) is a one-year vocational program under the Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS), equipping students with skills in public health, hygiene, food safety, and environmental control for jobs as Health Assistants, Food Inspectors, etc.
